Before I went to Drivers ED actually. I was hungry and someone ate the last of whatever it was I was going to have, so I looked in my cabinets and found some English muffins. They're awesome because no one else in my family really eats them, and they're good for making these sandwiches my aunt got my hooked on, I call them Egg McMartins. How creative.
Normally I don't like eggs, I hate eggs, but this tastes so good. What you do is you take an English muffin and lightly toast it in your toaster, and while that's going, you heat a pan over the stove and crack an egg on there. My aunt leaves the yokes intact, but I think runny yokes are nasty, so I smash them. Anyway, the eggs and muffins should be done at about the same time, so take them both off, spread some mayo on the muffins, add cheese, then put the egg on top so it'll melt the cheese.
After that's done, I take out some deli meat, I use turkey since it's better for you and tastes just plain good and fry about three slices until it's slightly brown and then I take them off and put them on top of the egg. I bundle up the whole package and set it on the pan for a minute or two then flip it and leave it for another minute. I take it off, say grace, then enjoy. Yum~
